Staff Management - This interface enables the administrator to create a profile for any staff member in the company. Each staff member would be registered under a specific branch. This helps in extracting the sales of different branches done by the staff members in the reports section. Here the staff member's personal details like name, email, phone number designation etc are entered along with the department. Based on the staff member's designation the administrator can assign various rights and restrictions against the staff member's profile, which enable / restrict him to access various modules and functions in the BackOffice Interface. Each member is assigned a unique login id and a password to access the BackOffice Interface.

Client Management - This interface is an essential tool to view/manage a specific client's detail that is registered in the BackOffice. All the client details (clients who are making bookings) are stored in the central database to maintain the CRM. This section contains the configuration of printing tail, email footer and hotel cancellation conditions that are printed on pre-defined places at client documents and email.

Sub-Agent Management - Through this interface user can feed the details of the subagent. Besides personal details, user can also feed the other details of subagent like markups and commission amount etc. User can make a search for the subagent by enter any combination of value.

All the bookings that are made by a subagent are finally processed by a wholesaler, such as authorizing the booking and taking payments from subagents. This interface allows the user to search for those bookings of a subagent which has been authorized but payments are still pending.
