Client Management - This interface is an essential tool to view / manage a specific client's detail that is registered in the BackOffice Interface. All the client details (clients who are making bookings) are stored in the central database to maintain the CRM.

Here the user with specific rights can search for clients in the database, register new clients in the system, view client profiles etc.

Personal details include information like the first name, last name, address of the client; nationality and country etc. The system contains a “post code look up” facility with the help of which the agent can automatically fill the correct full postal by punching in the postcode. It also facilitates to fill the address manually by checking the box on the postcode search page. For the contact details of the client at least one of the information fields is mandatory.

The client search give a flexibility for searching on the basis of information regarding a client which returns a list of client(s) with brief information having similar matching values. Search can be made of the following information: first name, last name, email, post code, phone no, address etc.
