Anuj Gupta is Chief Executive
Officer of Final Quadrant
Solutions Ltd. Under his
leadership the company has grown
to over 100 employees in the
last five years with offices in
London and New York. Anuj’s
understanding of the global
travel industry has enabled
Final Quadrant to carve a strong
niche in the European travel
industry and he is currently
leading the Final Quadrant’s
efforts to replicate this
success in the US.
A successful serial entrepreneur, Anuj started his first company
faXappeal while still in
college. He subsequently founded
two other companies in the
telecom industry in India. Anuj
has also worked with AT&T in
their R&D division in New York.
His mantra “Empowered Power” is
a successful philosophy that is
reflected in Final Quadrant and
its people. An avid squash
player, Anuj has won several
championships in India. He
graduated with a Bachelor’s in
History from St. Stephen’s
College in Delhi University. |

KK Nohria,
Director |

Mr. Nohria is a non-executive
director of FinalQuadrant
Solutions. He is the CEO of one
of the largest industrial groups
in India. Mr. Nohria has headed
several companies including
software units, electronics
manufacturers, and cable network
companies. He has been the
president of several premier
business associations and houses
of commerce in India, including
the Bombay CII, Assocham India.
He has been the recipient of
numerous honours and awards for
his contribution to industry and
commerce in India. |

Ashish Gupta, Director

Mr. Gupta graduated from St.
Stephen’s College, Delhi with a
Bachelors degree in Mathematics
and completed his Bachelor of
Law from King's College,
University of London. He is a
qualified Solicitor in England
and Wales, and an Advocate at
the Supreme Court of India.
Having worked in India and
London in M&A and corporate
finance, Ashish is an
experienced corporate lawyer and
currently practices in India. |

Karthik Muralidharan,
Director |

Mr. Muralidharan has been a
non-executive director of
FinalQuadrant Solutions since
the company's inception, and
advises the company on strategic
issues. A consultant to the
World Bank, Karthik has worked
as a management consultant for
Bain & Company in their
Singapore, London, and San
Francisco offices on high level
strategy assignments in a
variety of industries including
computer hardware, automotive
distribution, private equity,
e-commerce, retail, consumer
products, financial services,
and information services. He
graduated summa cum laude in
Economics from Harvard
University and completed an
M.Phil. in economics from
Trinity College, Cambridge
University. Karthik is currently
doing his Ph.D. in economics at
Harvard University. |
