In this option the agent is able to connect to the wholesalers system and search and book fares meant only for him. He is provided with a limited set of options that is the passenger details, the itinerary and the payment details.

These options and limitations can be modified as per the business logic of the wholesaler system.

The system also allows the agent to make bookings on the GDS and then import these bookings into their system. The agent can make payments in two ways either directly through the system or by using credit limit set by the wholesaler. The agent also has the option to search for fares with or without availability.

Markups - The sub agent can also set his markup levels individually to each product, for his online sales and as well for his offline sales. The markups can be applied according different levels on a fixed or a percentage value.

The sub agent can also see his statement of accounts which shows a consolidated report of his amounts paid and outstanding with the wholesaler. A sub agent can also view all the bookings created by him. The bookings will be listed in order and will have various sorting options. An agent can also find the status of his bookings from this queue. A booking can also be opened from this screen, by clicking on a particular booking reference.
